Key Responsibilities: •Contributed to the development and led the implementation of the project-wide Quality Management System (QMS) and continuous enhancement of the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP) in alignment with ISO 9001 principles. •Lead contractor representation during client and third-party audits; manage audit responses, close-out reports, and corrective action implementation. •Issue and tracked internal NCRs, Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permeant Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), including cost impact assessment and risk mitigation strategies that led to reducing repeat non-conformance throughout the project lifecycle. •Developed and monitored Quality KPIs and Project Quality Index (PQI) dashboards, supporting data-driven performance improvement and proactive decision-making. •Contributed to and constructed project risk registers and lessons learned databases, leveraging insights to enhance quality processes and drive continuous improvement. •Oversaw the development and approval of Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements (MS), and Quality Control Procedures, ensuring full compliance with contract requirements. •Ensure complete traceability of materials and quality documentation in accordance with regulatory and asset integrity requirements. •Built and led cross-functional quality teams including procurement quality, third-party, QA/QC engineers, and testing & commissioning teams, while managing recruitment, training matrices, and competency development.

High-Speed Rail – Green Line Main Depot Design and build of the High-Speed Rail (Sokhna – Al-Alamin) Green Line Main Depot project with about 600 acres contains 42 multifunction buildings with an estimated value of EGP 4 Billion.

Light Rail Transit – Main Depot, Main Line Fence and Car Bridge EPC project of the Light Rail Transit (Salam – Ramadan – New Capital) Main Depot project with about 80 acres contains 28 multifunction buildings, 160Km precast main line fence, 1.2Km El-Shorouk vehicular bridge with a value of EGP 1.6 Billion.

Managed Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions for wastewater infrastructure projects involving efficiency upgrades to three-stage treatment systems across four wastewater treatment plants in Beni-Suef and Sohag with a total value of EGP 1 Billion. -Owner: Egyptian Holding Company for Water and Wastewater. Key Responsibilities: •Directed QMS implementation and continuous improvement across multiple wastewater infrastructure projects in compliance with ISO 9001. •Conducted internal audits, identified nonconformities, and implemented corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). •Established and monitored Quality KPIs and oversaw vendor/subcontractor quality performance evaluations. •Maintained project risk registers, lessons learned, and produced periodic quality performance reports with actionable recommendations. •Managed QA/QC resource planning, recruitment, training, competency development, and departmental budget.

German School: An EPC project of German School with 8.000 m2 built-up area including water tank, auditorium, covered playground, and Infrastructure with a value of EGP 240 Million. Facility Management Buildings: An EPC project of facility management buildings with 3.000 m2 built-up area including IT, and distributer buildings, service road, and infrastructures with a value of EGP 95 Million. Key Responsibilities: •Provided organization-level quality leadership and project QA/QC oversight across multiple EPC construction projects, while also acting as internal Quality Consultant and Auditor supporting corporate Quality Management System implementation and batching plant operations. •Developed, implemented, and routinely updated the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP) in alignment with ISO 9001 principles. •Planned, led and executed 20+ internal and process audits, identify nonconformities and evaluate Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) implementation and effectiveness. •Performed root cause analysis of non-conformities, developed corrective and preventive action plans in collaboration with the relevant departments, and contributed to cost impact assessments. •Negotiated and successful closure of 100% of the outstanding NCR with the relevant parties, enhancing the client satisfaction and facilitating the release of the final payments. •Oversaw the development and approval of Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and Method Statements (MS), ensuring full compliance with contract requirements and international standards, achieving over 97% approval rate in the inspection process. •Ensure complete traceability of materials and quality documentation, including inspection records, and testing protocols in accordance with regulatory and asset integrity requirements. •Directed multidisciplinary QA/QC teams, coordinated training, resource planning, and departmental budget oversight.

Kumasi Regional Hospital (250-Bed) Managed construction supervision and quality oversight for the Kumasi Regional Hospital (250-Bed) EPC project with 85,000 m² built-up area, including 32 specialized medical buildings and 6 multi-story staff housing facilities with an estimated value of $ 55 Million. -Owner: Ghana Ministry of Health | PMC: ACDEPM |Contractor: EUROGET De-Invest S.A. Key Responsibilities: •Led project coordination with the EPC contractor to ensure compliance with approved designs, technical specifications, and quality standards. •Monitored construction schedule performance including manpower allocation, and resource deployment to ensure alignment with contractual milestones. •Reviewed and approved the Project Quality Plan (PQP) to ensure alignment with project specifications, contractual requirements, and applicable quality standards. •Led the project meetings and participate in the project steering committee reviews to addressing risks, progress, and quality issues including preparation of client and senior management reports.

Madinaty City – New Cairo Led construction supervision and quality control activities for major facilities within Madinaty City – New Cairo, a large-scale urban development designed to accommodate more than 1 million residents, with an estimated value of EGP 12 Billion for the first stage. Key Responsibilities: •Supervised construction activities for multiple facilities including Olympic and leisure pools, gymnasium, squash courts, central park buildings, Friday mosque, open-air mall buildings, and road infrastructure. •Monitored contractor compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project quality standards. •Reviewed material submittals, Project Quality Plans, Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and as-built documentation. •Participated in coordination meetings and prepared quality, technical, and progress reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Hot and Cold Rolling Mill Factory Participated in construction supervision for the Hot and Cold Rolling Mill Factory project, a major industrial development delivered under FIDIC contract conditions, with an estimated value of EGP 3.8 Billion. Key Responsibilities: •Supervision and inspection of civil, steel structural, architecture and infrastructure works. •Verified contractor compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project quality requirements.
