Pitch launches to publishers, manage EDM calendars and optimise revenue through data-led reporting. PR & Partnerships: Oversee global PR agencies from briefing to optimisation. Pitch product launches and founder stories to top-tier media. Lead brand collaborations including giveaways, cross-brand campaigns, ambassador programs and product/IP partnerships. Manage sampling, logistics and performance analysis. Digital: Lead TikTok Shop strategy across sales, campaigns and partner management. Optimise Link-in-Bio ecosystems to maximise conversion and traffic flow. Provide actionable reporting and insights. Retail Marketing: Partner with Retail Directors on NPD, promotions and in-store activations. Act as primary marketing contact across launches and presentations. New Product Development: Manage the full NPD lifecycle from ideation to pre-production. Translate brand vision into commercially viable products, brief manufacturers, oversee sampling and lead packaging execution. Drive go-to-market positioning and messaging. Leadership & Operations: Collaborate cross-functionally across marketing and e-commerce. Support strategic direction, stakeholder initiatives and internal culture programs.
