I bridge clinical care and technology to improve how health systems deliver care, support users, and use data for decision-making. With an MSc in eHealth and 4+ years of experience across health analytics, clinical systems, frontline care, and public health policy research, I focus on EHR optimization, workflow design, health data reporting, and system improvement.At Niagara Region, I support clinical data systems, reporting, data quality, user access, and continuous improvement. Previously, I trained staff on AlayaCare documentation in long-term care, built primary care documentation workflows in PS Suite at Amplify Care, and contributed to CIHI interoperability and reporting work supporting hospitals and specialized care across 500+ healthcare facilities.Outside of work, you’ll find me at the gym, playing volleyball, exploring new places or traveling (14 so far).
