Responsible for the maintenance of the entire group consisting of 4 factories, Oil Filling factory, Plastics Factory, TIN Can Manufacturing Factory, Edible oil refinery and Tank Farms Leading preventive and corrective maintenance strategies across all factories to achieve OEE not less than 90%. Managing a multidisciplinary maintenance team, optimizing spare parts planning, ensuring contractor performance, improving MTBF and MTTR by 5% Capex, Opex and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Planning, scheduling and controlling the maintenance activities. • Implementing preventive and condition monitoring maintenance • Collaboration with other departments to develop initiatives to improve operational processes. • Liaison with vendors and machine/equipment suppliers for the spares and services. • Hold daily meetings with Refinery, Production, Quality and Warehouse teams for maintenance related requirements. • Finalizing maintenance service contracts with suppliers. • Planning for the manpower requirement and staffing. • Keep spare parts inventory updated at optimum levels • Monitoring EPL and analyzing to cut down EPL below 2%. • Maintain MTBF at optimum level. • Maintain Asset reliability above 98%. • Perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for repetitive failures and take corrective actions. • Implementing and strict compliance with HSE standards. • Implementation of TPM and 5S. • Develop asset list and performing Asset criticality analysis to prioritize maintenance requirements. • Implementation of eAM Oracle Module for asset maintenance. • Preparing OPEX & CAPEX Budgets. • Preparing of repair/maintenance and power/utility budgets and monitoring cost to be within budget limits. • Implementing and strict compliance to HSE (OHSAS 18001:2007) and HACCP (ISO: 22000) standards. • Coordinated projects across multiple teams while meeting deadlines within budget constraints. • Developed employee training programs to ensure company policies were followed. • Setting goals and evaluating performance of JMs and technicians.

• Developing and Implementing SOPs for production operation. • Controlling schedule to production module in Oracle for batch production to ensure timely closing of all batches and within cost limits. • Maintaining the plant hygiene conditions by implementing GMP. • Implementing health and safety standards OHSAS, HACCP-ISO 22000. • Successfully Passed SASO, ISO, HACCP and FSSC 22000:2010 audits. • Making sure availability of the product on time and of good quality. • Maintaining line efficiency OEE at set targets. • Achieving raw & packaging material and oil yields. • Maintaining equipment at their best and available for production. • Daily meetings with quality, maintenance, planning and warehouse for smooth operation. • Daily monitoring of EPLs and OPLs and seeking solutions to minimize breakdowns. • Foresee modifications in the process and machines for the process improvement. • Working with top management to implement the company's policies and goals. • Supervising and motivating whole production team. • Identifying training needs of production staff. • Setting goals and evaluating performance of JMs and operators. • Preparation of annual budgets for production consumables and manpower according to business plan. • Effective utilization of manpower to control the OTs.

-Responsible for Operation & Maintenance of Plant Machinery (Filling, packaging & blow molding - Simonazi, Sidel, KHS, Krones, SMI) and industrial services (NH3 Chilling system, CO2 Tanks, Cooling Towers, HP and LP Air Compressors, Boiler, HVAC, Chillers, Electrical system 11KV/400VAC). -Developing and implementation of maintenance plans for all assets. -Execution and supervision for new projects. -Review plant production equipment environment (e.g., technology, systems, quality, cost, efficiencies, yield) in order to recommend process improvements. -Synthesize data and identify problems through operational analysis in order to improve operational performance. -Track maintenance schedules for all assets in order to ensure preventive maintenance is current. -Record and analyze plant equipment performance data using design and performance specifications in order to ensure optimum machine reliability. -Regularly inspect plant production support systems and equipment (e.g., HVAC, compressed air, refrigeration, production lines, process, waste water treatment) in order to support effective plant operation. -Monitoring & controlling spare parts transactions and upkeep of inventory at optimum level. -Develop process improvement initiatives. -Liaison with external vendors & contractors for timely support. -Implementation and strict compliance of HSE standards. -Preparing & monitoring yearly CAPEX/OPEX/P&U budgets. -Monitoring EPL & OPL to meet set KPI. -Monitoring Mechanical / Electrical Workshop activities for timely support to production. -Monitoring EUR (Energy Use ratio) and monitoring it for set KPI. -Maintaining plant PLCs, HMIs and electronic equipment. -Appraisals for the junior staff. -Responsible for the smooth operation and up-keeping of production lines. -Execution of production plan to accomplish daily production requirement. - Responsible for maintaining Line Efficiency not below 85%. -Responsible for maintaining Production KPIs, material yields (Perform, closures, labels, shrink film, sleeves) & Syrup yields as per set targets. -Maintenance of all production lines for smooth running throughout the year. -Posting of production and material consumption in SAP. -Coordination with external vendors for timely availability of machine spare parts. -Defining minimum inventory level levels and plan to meet them. -Developing and implementing production SOPs & process flow charts. -Responsible for Plant GMP and maintaining plant hygiene conditions. -Pareto analysis of EPL & OPL and build corrective action plan to minimize them. -Recording EPL and OPL and keep them below set KPI. -Preparing CAPEX and OPEX Budgets. -Prepare production consumable budget according to business plan. -Management of manpower for shift operation. ACHIEVEMENTS: -Improve OEE from 72% to 85%. -Improving Material Yield by 2.5% -Replacing cardboard tray for bottle packaging with poly shrink film
