• Designed (DFM) the next generation of weeding robot for fast weeding and with about 40% less weight compared to the previous gen., for the commercialization phase. • Oversaw the R&D of the autonomous fast weeding robots. Increased the weeding speed by about 500% through changing the platform from a stationary weeding system to a moving platform by generating real-time optimized path planning for mobile robotic platforms and Delta arms. • Integrated CAN-based sensors using Beckhoff PLC and implemented safety measures for sequence control. • Collaborate with vision engineers to reduce calibration and robot positioning error. Coordinating the fusion of vision and other sensory data in real time and integrating code using containerization using Docker and ROS. • Supervision of +8 interns in testing, development, and maintenance of robotic platforms.

Robotics Calibration Engineer

Automated Manufacturing Research Engineer
