* http://www.flsv.com/ * I have successfully opened Belgrade branch office in short period of time. I was in charge of choosing hardware/software components, OS deployment, network setup configuration, security equipment... and administrating it according to the FLSV FAS strict procedures and guidelines. * My regular daily work tasks where AD administration, VMware administration, PRTG monitoring, solving help desk issues, supporting local and New York employees. * Other responsibilities: * Automation of engineered scripted solutions to address configuration issues or desired results * Application and Operating System life-cycle management including upgrades, patching and off-hours maintenance and change control execution * Manage various types of medium-to-complex project initiatives, upgrades and maintenance activities * Monitor, troubleshoot and analyze issues with Servers, Network devices, Applications * Design and develop scripts to automate operational tasks and maintenance

* Working in Asseco SEE, a largest operator in South-Eastern Europe in terms of revenue derived from sales of its software & services and a top player in banking software, gave me quite an experience in following tasks and procedures: * Execution of test scenarios. * Regression testing. * Test results summary and detail reporting. * Involvement in software development process to ensure the quality of the final product. * Participating in the application of the products and processes quality improvement strategy. * Implementation of new software releases in various client banks. * User training related to banking applications. * Writing and editing of company documentation. * Continuous work on software products enhancement. * Building customer relationship. * Providing support for clients.
