Lung cancer segmentation on CT scans as part of workflow responsible for detection and automated description of detected cancer. Also, working on neurodegenerative diseases detection in the mouse brain based on microscopic imaging with the aim to assess advancement of disease. FBC TeNe Optical Music Recognition project - AI Tech Lead and Software Engineer Co-responsible in two people team for the whole Machine Learning part of the project. Planning project milestones and MVP. Defining music notes ontology with entities and restrictions according to common music notation. Leading 4 people data labelling team. Conducting deep learning research in the domain of computer vision for notes detection and notes graph generation. Finally engineering the music information extraction and conversion from data aggregated in form of the ontology into the MEI music format. KangooML MLOps framework - Project Lead and Software Engineer Creating a python framework for the integration, standardisation and orchestration of the Machine Learning workflow with strong focus on reproducibility and good programming practices. Gathering all the most useful functionalities required to help out users in managing a library of models and datasets, engineering, training, evaluating and running in a production environment.

Conducting research and software engineering in the field of Music Information Retrieval especially semi supervised data labelling for Optical Music Recognition. Responsible for defining workflow for labels acquisition in case of the raw data with the support of machine learning models integrated in the newly developed web annotation tools.
