Responsibilities include supply chain management from procurement to fulfilling customer orders, raw material cost optimization, managing supplier contracts, negotiations and logistics.

Responsiblities include supervise the coordination between teams and departments to ensure all processes are running smoothly and all orders are fulfilled on time. This was the growth stage of the company where new product lines were being put into production and taken to market.

Ahmed Abu Lessa Factory is a newly established company based in Riyadh. It manufactures all kinds of polyfills, including polyester wadding sheets as well as pillows and comforters. Responsible for managing finances and operations at the company.

It is a factory in Jeddah Saudi Arabia which specializes in the production of polyester fiber from PET. • Responsibilities include daily accounting audit, monitoring customer accounts to maintain credit levels. • A real world business experience which provided me with crucial insight into how a production unit operates and is managed. I developed skills such as numeracy, punctuality, and crucially the ability to handle large workloads and narrow deadlines.

A Department of University of Reading with a focus on marketing to prospective students, general information and advice and guidance talks to students and parents on a range of themes including organization and management of open days. • Showing prospective students and their parents round the University on organized campus tours. • Act as a guide during the Fresher’s Week and Open Days.

Responsibilities included maintaining daily accounts, stock control and troubleshoot problems with computer or network equipment. • I was actively involved in the communication and negotiation for purchasing of raw materials with different suppliers, both local and international from countries such as UAE, Pakistan, Vietnam, China and South Korea. This helped me in improving my communication skills in a professional environment. • I was involved directly in the installation of a new production plant, responsible for dealing with national and international suppliers for the different spare parts required.
