Highlights include: Providing design/manufacturing solutions for metal AM production Offering contract manufacturing services for AM components Providing contract manufacturing for parts with heat treatment and machining processes, optimized for metal AM. My background lies in machining. Growing up in a family-owned workshop, I developed a strong affinity for metal casting and part fabrication from a young age. Taking over the family business, I spearheaded the introduction of new equipment and ventured into new business endeavors, overseeing company operations, engineering, and sales. 3D CAD: I introduced 3D CAD when it wasn't widely adopted, providing services to clients. I have experience in designing metal casting sculptures installed across Japan, having received multiple orders and involvement in the manufacturing process. 5-Axis Machining: With expertise in manufacturing high-precision, complex-shaped components using 5-axis machining centers, I possess extensive knowledge and experience in: 1.Process planning 2.Fixture design 3.Program development 4.Determining processing conditions for difficult-to-cut materials 5.Hands-on machining operations. Cutting Tool Development: I have experience in cutting tool development, having worked with a cutting tool manufacturer, leveraging past machining experience to develop rotary cutting tools. This exposed me to even more challenging materials and customer requirements, enhancing my knowledge and experience. Quality Management System: As a quality management system architect, I have led the implementation of JIS Q 9100 and ISO 9001 certifications, acquiring multiple certifications.
