I joined the team when Uber was launching the service called Uber Eats in Tokyo. I mostly helped my supervisor to manage the sales team and built the good relationship with restaurants. Especially, I did manage the sales member's schedule so that Uber Eats could increase restaurants lineup by using minimum human resources. Simultaneously, I took contact with 40-50 restaurants daily by phone to make them get into our service quickly, and solved their problem when they got into service. In this experience, I learned how startups expand their service and venture spirits.
