As Project & HR Coordinator in Holdkő Cultural Foundation, I am currently responsible for creating and piloting project management systems while leading teams and managing projects myself, building HR strategy, as well as taking on responsibilities as a trainer, to hold internal and external workshops and represent the Foundation on international platforms. Additionally, I am responsible not only for internal commmunication, but external as well – handling social media campaigns to promote the Foundation's activities.

Official role title: Technology Consultant Intern As a Technology Consultant at Veeva Systems, I was responsible for communicating with partner companies and tailoring CRM systems to their needs from the back-end. I took part in multiple IT trainings and collaborated with colleagues in an international environment.

I gained my most professional experience in recruitment in AIESEC in Hungary, where I was first a part of the Recruitment team holding interviews and personally promoting our opportunities, then an HR manager – supporting the Head of the department – for 6 months, and the Head of HR and Recruitment for a year. As Head of the department, I coordinated end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and employer branding, through interviewing and skill assessment, to onboarding. As a member of the Leadership Board, I took part in creating Job Descriptions as well as following up their fulfilment. Highlights: – Established and conducted a market research, its results serving as a base to our external communication strategies. – Made record numbers in recruitment through quality sourcing. – Created and implemented a competence assessment system to support employee satisfaction and to give a platform for valuable feedback – and saw a close to 30% increase in retention rates as a result. – Brought innovation to our emplyer branding and marketing strategies and expanded our reach to unexplored markets. – Reimagined the performance assessment system to better suit our golals and the team's work ethic.
