1.Sourcing,quotation Collection from suppliers and evaluation of potential suppliers & communicating with suppliers and negotiating the best price. 2.Ensuring both short-term goals such as fulfilling the five rights in a transaction (right quality, right quantity, right cost, right time, and right place) and long-term goals like gaining a competitive advantage. 3.Preparing work order for suppliers according to approved quotations and issue the work order to the suppliers accordingly. 4.Perform procurement activities such as sourcing of quotations, price negotiations, preparing comparative statement, negotiating with actual vendors and placing the order through the authority's approval. 5.Flowup order and ensure timely delivery to factory. Maintaining 100% inventory of fulfillment. 6.Fulfilling the materials requirement Continuing the supply chain process accordingly. 7.Purchase All Bulk Raw Materials (Corm,Soyabean Meal,Full Fat Soyabean,Soyabean Oil,Rapseed meal,Poultry Meal,Rice Polish,Urea,Rice Bran Course,Fish meal,Diesal,Coal,Nut shell powder,CGM,DORB,Rape seed,all types of Feed Additives etc.

1.Sourcing, visiting, quotation Collection from suppliers and evaluation of potential suppliers & communicating with suppliers and negotiating the best price. 2.Ensuring both short-term goals such as fulfilling the five rights in a transaction (right quality, right quantity, right cost, right time, and right place) and long-term goals like gaining a competitive advantage. 3.Preparing of monthly budget for purchasing Raw materials and submitting to management. 4.Local and International supplier sourcing and negotiation with the suppliers. 5.Preparing work order for suppliers according to approved quotations and issue the work order to the selected suppliers accordingly. 6.Calculate and check all bills and prepare a summary report on the status of purchase and forward these bills to audit for auditing purpose. Also forward to the bills to accounts department for adjustment and settlement. 7.Preparation of monthly budget for supplier payment. Checking bills and vouchers. 8.Responsible for purchase of all materials of all units of the company. 9.Receive material requisition according to approved estimated cost for all units of this company and to arrange for purchase of the materials. 10.Preparing the Yearly, Monthly and Weekly RM & Additives procurement Plan. 11.Perform procurement activities such as sourcing of quotations, price negotiations, preparing comparative statement, negotiating with actual vendors and placing the order through the authority's approval. 12.Flowup order and ensure timely delivery to factory.
