Mithat Can Kartlaşmış

I am a Mechanical Engineering student who is interested in business operations, process improvement, and data-driven problem solving. During my education and work experiences, I developed analytical thinking, technical knowledge, and strong communication skills. I gained practical engineering experience during my internship at Mepsan, where I supported manufacturing processes, quality control activities, CMM measurement operations, and technical documentation. I also improved my operational skills by working with Excel, ERP systems, and production data. Besides my engineering background, I actively take part in social responsibility and volunteer projects within the Toplum Gönüllüleri Vakfı (TOG) at Marmara University. I contribute to projects such as book donation campaigns, educational activities for children, and community support events. These experiences improved my teamwork, communication, and project coordination skills. In addition, I worked as a freelance content writer where I researched cryptocurrency and blockchain projects and wrote SEO-friendly articles for online platforms. I enjoy working in environments where analytical thinking, organization, and teamwork come together. I am interested in roles related to operations, project coordination, business processes, and data-oriented problem solving, where I can combine engineering knowledge with business thinking.
