-Set up processes for manufacturing a large range of wiring assemblies. -Work with customers and other engineers to improve cost, lead time and recommend changes to help stream line the manufacturing of wiring assemblies. -Oversee initial builds on production and prototype assemblies as a project manager to determine risks and failure points in production line. - Source materials and create estimates on costs and lead times of potential products. - Oversee the building of fast-turn prototypes utilizing a wide range of production and job shop resources

• Member of the tie gang responsible for replacing old railroad ties. • General Labor involving hand pulling and hammering of spikes when needed. • Operated machinery involving the Spike Puller and Auto Track Lift.

• Assembled and maintained a wide range of sporting equipment. • First line of communication for customer questions and updates on item work requests.

Performed general labor that involved but was not limited to, shoveling sand, breaking iron castings, operating the tumbler and building pallet boxes.

• Welded a wide range of different steel radiator parts for varying sizes of equipment. • Interpreted technical documents for assembly. • Tasked with quality control that involved making sure the parts I welded were within spec measurement wise during tacking and after welding.
