During my first year as a Project Analyst at Freedom Mortgage, I provided Project Analyst support to assist in the integration of new designated workstream process that provides quicker processing times and overall improving customer experience. Assisted in the creation of an External Vendor Performance Scorecard that was implemented to improve accountability throughout Freedom Mortgage's workstreams. Provided support in the coordination of several Mortgage Servicing Rights acquisitions resulting in an increased servicing portfolio. Adhered to numerous weekly/bi-weekly Executive status reporting routines. Between 5-6 reports were created via Excel, Workfront, Word, PowerPoint and Email and distributed to Executive/Senior management regularly. Defined current and future state process flows via IBM Blueworks live for various Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Compliance initiatives.
