Associate in Graubard Miller’s Corporate and Securities practice, advising public and private companies on a broad range of corporate, securities, transactional, intellectual property, and outside general counsel matters. Work includes SEC reporting and disclosure, SPAC and M&A transactions, proxy statements, corporate governance, equity compensation and stock grants, licensing and commercial agreements, trademark renewals and related IP matters, company sale transactions, and general corporate matters.

Lead drafting of S-1s, S-4s, 10-Ks/10-Qs, proxy statements, and current reports, and prepare corporate and transaction agreements for IPOs, SPAC transactions, and M&A matters. Oversee disclosure processes, diligence, timelines, and execution logistics while coordinating with clients, underwriters’ counsel, Cayman/PRC counsel, auditors, EDGAR printers, and regulators.

Conducted legal research and drafted materials for trademark and IP protection, enforcement, licensing agreements, and prosecution. Assisted litigation efforts and contributed to the development and execution of brand enforcement strategies for creative and business-focused clients.

Worked with Christie's in-house counsel on intellectual property and cultural property matters, including copyright and image rights, artist clearances, compliance, and risk mitigation. Assisted with legal research, agreement drafting, publishing issues, and adhering to international cultural property regulations.

Supported artists and creative organizations by drafting agreements, including contracts between artists and studio managers, and reviewing nonprofit bylaws for compliance. Conducted legal research on issues affecting artists, such as copyright, licensing, and intellectual property rights, to assist in providing clients with informed guidance.

Legal Clinic Intern for the Post-Conviction Litigation Office of the Innocence Project. Drafted and reviewed motions for DNA testing, prepared clemency petitions, and conducted legal research to support post-conviction claims. Maintained direct communication with clients, providing case updates, gathering critical case details, and ensuring they were informed and engaged throughout the legal process.

Served as an administrator for East Jersey Old Town Village and the Middlesex County Division of Historic Sites and History Services in Middlesex County, New Jersey. Managed the County’s collection of historic objects and researched local history. Planned programs, events, and tours while overseeing a team of docents. Identified and implemented strategies to enhance offerings at County historic sites. Supervised the County’s collections management database and marketed Village events to the public.

Contributed to the development of Middlesex County's East Jersey Old Town Village, a living history site in Johnson Park, Piscataway. Managed and reorganized a collections database with over 6,000 records, including creating a custom HTML-based homepage. Drafted social media posts and exhibit texts highlighting local history and handled rare historical objects. Assisted in setting up a 1950s New Jersey history exhibit at the Cornelius Low House, including exhibit layout design, object condition reporting, and cataloging. Provided tours of the Cornelius Low House and marketed East Jersey Old Town Village's events across various platforms. Cataloged and organized the book collection in the Village's research library.
