I am a May 2025 J.D. graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and am licensed to practice law in New York. At Cardozo, I served as a Staff Editor for the Journal of Equal Rights and Social Justice and was a recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship. I graduated summa cum laude from Rutgers University, ranking first in a class of over 5,000 students.My experience spans capital markets, M&A, securities regulation, and intellectual property. I prepare and contribute to S-1s, S-4s, F-4s, 10-Ks, 10-Qs, proxy statements, beneficial-ownership tables, trust-account disclosures, and closing deliverables while coordinating with underwriters, Cayman and PRC counsel, auditors, EDGAR printers, and transfer agents. Before entering the capital markets and corporate space, I gained broad IP experience at ESCA Legal and Christie’s. At ESCA, I worked across trademark and patent prosecution, copyright and trademark litigation, IP transactions, brand-enforcement strategies, and client counseling. At Christie’s, I assisted corporate counsel with image and personality rights, artist clearances, settlement agreements, civil litigation, and cultural-property matters, while supporting compliance and sales documentation for high-value artworks.
