• Manage and oversee the launch of over $10 million of new product for conquest business • Create quotes and participate in pricing decisions for MIM and Additive Manufacturing projects to achieve margin and profitability margins • Make design change recommendations with customer input to improve part creation based on process selection and capacity impact

• Develop and implement additive manufacturing strategy to foster additive adoption throughout accessories and other business units • Be the subject matter expert and system operator for Binder jet technologies. Evaluate parts for future production implementation • Apply Design for Additive Manufacturing techniques to requested prints to drive additive mentality throughout NPD design work

• Lead the design of parts and products to be manufactured using various additive technologies, including but not limited to: Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Tungsten, Polymers, and Ceramics with teams across all imaging modalities • Utilize high level design techniques such as complex surfacing to create organic designs only achievable through additive manufacturing • Develop repeatable, precise inspection programs for parts with complex geometries

• Developed CO Sensor technology to be implemented on Portable Generators in accordance with PGMA standard including thousands of simulations, test planning, product development, and standard development • Designed and created drawings for new release parts and products and oversaw the production release process • Communicated with offshore partners in-house cross functional team to lead technical excellence of purchase finished goods

In this position, I am responsible for the following: - Ensure the Rockwell LVMCC Business products are held to a high quality standard and improving through various metrics -Create and Update procedures and processes -Testing NPI Products to ensure quality -Review Warranty Reports and Shipping Damage reports to find and eliminate repeat issues

In Plastics Technology, I was assigned to create documentation and work instructions for essential programs utilzed by the business. Additionally, I assisted team members in executing their projects. Lastly, I created a bimonthly Lunch and Learn program for internal employees with companies that related to Plastics Technology.

One of my tasks is to create layouts for Motor Control Centers in PowerControl Builder. I also quote orders that are sent to the business by various distributors. On top of those, I oversee development and usage of business development support programs. Finally, I create documentation for various groups to aid usage of crucial programs.

As a Peer Mentor, I act as a more personable contact to first year students. It is my duty to provide programming necessary for the development of a successful college student and provide valuable insight to new students to aid their integration into college.
