Providing trauma-informed psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults from low- income households in the schools and homes of clients. Facilitating relationships with school administrators and staff to remove barriers to psychotherapeutic services. Working collaboratively with Child Protective Services case workers and Travis County juvenile probation officers to eliminate barriers to therapy and provide quality care to court ordered populations.

Served as the clinical supervisor and director for a team of therapists delivering home and community based psychotherapy services to vulnerable populations, including children in foster care and adolescents on juvenile probation. Responsible for program compliance, adherence to HIPAA, hiring and onboarding, ongoing training of clinical staff, development and implementation of electronic health records, invoicing payers, payroll.

Provided psychotherapy to a diverse, low-income adult population with challenging life circumstances. Supervised pre- graduate counseling students. Provided clinical and administrative support to pre- graduate and post- graduate counselors, social workers, and Ph.D. students completing training hours.

Administered the 100 Women Grant Program funded by St. David’s Foundation. Conducted phone intakes for women seeking free counseling services. Collected data generated by the administration of the grant. Provided program data to the Development Director for reporting purposes. Assisted with the oral presentation of data to members of the St. David’s Foundation Board.

Provided psychotherapy to individual adults in a part-time practice. Depression, anxiety, grief, and relationships were common issues addressed. Responsible for all aspects of operating the business and providing clinical services.
