Coordinates the procurement of domestic and import products, prepares analysis and reporting • Compiles inventory levels, sales consumption rates, supplier lead times, and current market conditions (in conjunction with sales and marketing) to determine stock supply and need for replenishment. • Managed Accounts Receivable and Credit department, Accounts Payable and Staff Accountant • Monthly close, including all journal entries, accruals, deferrals, bank statement reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, inventory reporting, royalty calculation and reporting. Presented financial statements to Executive Team at monthly close meeting. • Worked directly with Chief Operating Officer on Sales Tax Nexus Agreements. Worked with third party on sales tax returns. Also, worked with state auditors during sales tax audits. • Evaluated processes and internal controls both within the accounting group as well as other departments and make recommendations and/or drive process and control improvements.
