Lead and manage a team of skilled personnel to ensure efficient daily operations. Responsible for pilot plant operations and conducting treatability tests to evaluate process performance. Provide engineering support for workshop overhaul activities, ensuring components are correctly refurbished and safely returned to service with high reliability. Coordinate with other departments for the intake, handling, and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods. Maintain accurate records of clients and ensure delivery of water output that meets required quality standards. Supervise machine operations, monitor maintenance schedules, and ensure timely ordering of required spare parts. Establish and implement work control systems, including equipment testing, to ensure performance, quality, cost, and safety standards are achieved. Manage daily activities and oversee subordinates to maintain productivity and discipline. Ensure proper use and handling of machines, tools, tooling, and gauges by all team members. Achieve production targets in line with operational plans and schedules. Take corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality, operational efficiency, and overall production performance.
