* Looking after three areas in the employee life cycle: Confirmation, Performance Appraisal and Full & Final Settlement. * Ensuring timely confirmations for major divisions such as Telecom, Consumer, Logistics, Internal Audit and Business Process Reengineering. Process includes completing the employee file, carrying out antecedent verification of the employee, coordinating with HRBPs and Divisional Heads for monthly confirmation reports and analyzing any discrepancies. * Assisting the HRBP Consumer Division for carrying out the performance appraisal of around 300 eligible employees. * Supporting the business area by providing advice, guidance and ad-hoc training on Performance Development Plans (3+1 goals).

* Screening requests for bids and proposals from different companies * Coordinating with clients about the status of the proposals sent

* Assisting Manager Learning & Development in devising the recruitment drive campaign. Involved contacting different universities to set dates, coordinating with different agencies to short list a suitable name and logo for the campaign and short listing various vendors to design the test and assessment center. * Looking after employee engagement activities at the head office and depot level. * Conducting training needs analysis for certain divisions. * Looking after the entire training program starting from short listing trainers to devising a budget and facilitate the training.

* Worked on several positions by short listing candidates, conducting screening interviews, developing candidate pools and further sending them ahead to the client * Scheduling interviews for the client * Further short listing the relevant candidates and preparing them for the next round of interviews
