Sales Promotion (Retail and PR Events), Retail - Plan and execute Trunk Show, Press Preview and all promotion events (New product launch, new boutique opening and DPS events) - Plan and create exclusive activation for VIC events - Arrange and develop gifts for VIC - Support boutique operations

Sales Promotion, Communications - Plan and implement VIC Dinner, Trunk Show and seasonal boutique events - Handle all communication tools such as DM&EDM, GWP gifts and DPS’s media - Budget management and control, competitor research and other related report

Event Assistant, Marketing & Communications - Manage entire project of Global events working closely with HQ - Plan and execute new collection launch events and seasonal boutique events - Handle all communication tools including seasonal DM, catalogue and DPS’s media

- Work closely with DPS, brands and licensing partners to create original advertisements and promotional materials - Plan and propose advertising strategies and assisting director for project execution - Work with US team to assist in managing post-production, leading its advertising to award winning campaign

- Organize international conferences and symposiums - From participants registration to directing the staff, vendor managements to source new creatives, lead the 30+ team & vendors per projects
