The class included students with special needs and one regular student. Academic year: 2015-2016 • Private tutor: Tutoring students from different grade levels including Grades 1, 2 and 3 (all subjects), Grade 7 (all subjects) and Grade 9 (only Math). Duration: 2013 till present. • Observation: o Students in different grade levels (KG3, grade 6 and 8) in the American Academy of Beirut school (academic year: 2015-2016) o Observed students-teacher interaction (Grades one and two) in Amjad High School (academic year: 2014-2015) • Workshops: o Attended the workshop entitled “Twice Exceptional Learners”, that was held during March 2017 at the American University of Beirut o Attended the workshop “Don’t Get it Right, Get it Written!”, that was held during February 2017 at the International College o Attended the “Mini-NESA Conference”, that was held during the Fall of 2014 at the American Community School (ACS) • Developed an Individualized Educational Plan for duration of 3 months. The IEP included the following components: Current Level of performance, Annual goals, Benchmarks/short-term objectives, and the services. • Developed lesson plans for a duration of 5/6 sessions; Reading Comprehension, Spoken Language, Mathematics, and Integrated lesson plan. • Developed two curriculum Reviews. The first curriculum review was for “EDMARK”, that’s English subject language. The second curriculum review was for “ARITHMETIC 2”, that’s Mathematics. • Constructed a Curriculum-Based-Measurement for a student in grade 6. It was based on several pull-out sessions I did with the student using informal assessments.
