* This is a stretch activity to that of OMC Team Leader. As Dispute Champion, I closely monitor the status of the financial disputes in my team's scope and report to higher management. Activities: * analysis of reports * advising Order Management CSRs on next steps * escalation of high value and aging disputes * closely collaborating with Credit and Collections team to improve numbers * working with project team on prevention plan and supporting tools * taking part in regular meetings with counterparts, both locally and globally

* This was a stretch activity to that of Order Management CSR and it comprised of Deal Manager and Escalations Manager activities. As Deal Manager: * critical deal forecasting, supporting Sales Operations activity to reach HPE targets; * proactively monitoring the Critical Deal List and providing visibility to BU and management; * working closely with Planning Team and BU * proactively supporting, coordinating and prioritizing critical orders to maximize quarterly results * exceptionally handling purely operation tasks for named critical deals * ensuring global and audit standards are met * taking part in Critical Deal Management meetings with counterparts from other regions and process owner As Escalation Manager: * analyzing multiple criteria to raise factory escalations * following up with Supply Chain in exceptional situations * advising Order Management CSR on next steps in case escalation is not possible * taking part in calls with Supply Chain rep in exceptional material shortage situations, to better monitor escalations and increase their efficiency (WW shortage of SSDs)
