The machine featured a rigid carving mechanism capable of producing accurate and consistent propeller designs for various fixed-wing aircraft. I integrated an alignment system for precise positioning, which allowed for exact replication of propeller profiles with minimal error. This system supported the efficient manufacturing of custom propellers, which are essential for aircraft restoration, prototype builds, and performance optimization. In addition to the mechanical design, I was responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing process, from sourcing materials to assembly and calibration of the machine.
