* Managing calculation of compensation payments for the Global sales organization * Producing compensation statements for individuals issue payroll schedules to the global finance teams and maintaining appropriate accruals between payment periods * Responsible for monitoring and calculating all Volume rebate accruals and payments and providing regular updates to the sales teams on trends and forecast * Support to the Director, Global Sales Operations and ad-hoc reporting requirements using

* Generating Monthly Operating decks for senior EMEA management – monthly forecast and delivery accuracy utilised in strategic meetings with major partners (O2, Vodafone) * Generating KPI scorecards * SAP Demand Planner Super User – trouble shooting user problems and controlling and maintaining user access, providing training * Creating, developing and improving various regional report ensuring functionality will benefit our department * Generation and customisation of reports for several departments including Finance and Sales and Marketing – Demand, Requested orders, Shipped Units * Creating order cases in Remedy and assigning orders to Operations Managers * Providing unlock codes on request and answering any related queries * Operations Manger for Ingram Micro Europe (answering various queries regarding software for Blackberry, monitoring orders, performing RMAs)

* Monitoring sales out and stock levels on a weekly/monthly basis, improving of reports, automating and creating dashboards * Updating margin and profitability reports * Involved in logistics and special requirements for labeling and delivery for major customers and major supermarkets (Sainsbury, Tesco) * Developing good relationships internally and externally * Product set up (new line range additions/set up, run EAN and setup of OCC, coordinated pricing and range details) * Consignment sales and stock reporting, improving and monitoring consignment process, monitoring stock levels, reconciliation * Forecasting – collating data and supplying the total forecast to HQ – reviewing forecast, forecast accuracy, highlighting anomalies * Samples management ( making sure we have good stock of samples and samples are distributed to various customers)

* Sales support for EE, Russia and Germany/Austria/Switzerland * Entering of customer orders into SAP * Checking prices and making sure orders are correct * Tracking orders from dispatch to delivery * Creating reports from SAP and transferring them to Excel * Handling queries from warehouse, freight forwarders, sales managers and customers * Daily contact with customers and sales representatives * Collecting reports from customers and producing rebates claims, CRA * Required constant use of my language skills * Booking flights, hotels, taxi for management * Organized sales meetings * Proof reading Czech translations
