* Purchasing of Airplanes' parts at minimum cost to fulfill customer’s orders * Maintained and Improved relationships with vendors and also sourced new vendors * Monitored deliveries * Managed past due purchase * Maintenance of stock level according to the demand

* Interface with External Customers, Vendors, Account Managers and Engineers to ensure expectations are met and address issues for resolution, proactive in resolving customer problems/issues. Troubleshoot for process improvement in accordance with customer demand and company procedures * Coordinate reverse repair logistics, working with Third Party Logistics and Repair Vendors to have material repaired and returned on time as per customer Level of Service (LOS). * Export documentation, order tracking and invoicing to Brazil, Caribbean and other Latin American countries, ensuring accuracy with import/export law * After-sales Support, delivery of hardware support services as per Service Level Agreement’s for all Ciena product lines under warranty (maintenance and repair) * Support Sales of Services by contributing solutions for competitive service delivery * Asset recovery
