- Responsible to purchase the material to ensure an uninterrupted supply and also for prevention of line down ( PO placement) - Inventory management and prevention of excess, making a week analysis of excess. - Analysis on the best purchase option in order to avoid generating ppvs and / or excesses - Pricing negotiation - PO confirmation

- Responsible for ensure an uninterrupted supply of materials to support production and sales. - Demand analysis based on 13 wks in order to cover all customer requirements - Direct contact with vendors to expedite purchase POs - Analysis of a customer forecast per month - Weekly MRP analysis - Avoid production line shutdown due to lack of raw material or subassemblies; - Weekly meetings with customer to review metrics such as KPIs, OTD, shortages - Safety stock recalculation for raw material and assemblies. - CTB

- Critical shipments tracking - Weekly meetings with suppliers in order to review the pending deliveries - Monitored the arrival of shipments - Coordinate material deliveries from warehouse to customer

- Ground and air shipments tracking in the United States and Canada - Direct contact with carriers and customer - Shipments coordination - Follow up of internal KPIs

- Support in logistic process as closing orders through software using information provided for courier companies. - Coordinate collection of good from warehouse to final customer
