When i joined a team responsible for managing employees' activities at Uztelecom soon I quickly realized that Python was essential for our work. Many tasks that could be automated with Python were being performed manually, leading to increased workload and stress. I decided to find a solution by automating their duties using Python. For example, previously, team members had to input lines of data one by one into the Linux server, and there were 24 of them. This process took about three hours for humans to complete. However, with my Python skills, I was able to reduce the time required to just five minutes. As you can see, this is a significant improvement, and everyone is happy with the change. Plus, Python minimizes errors (almost!😀).

There was one main problem that Python could solve: not everything was automated, which was slowing down production. To address this issue, we placed hardware to collect data, and then we started analyzing that data to identify areas that took too much time and where more equipment was needed, with the help of Python. In the end, we achieved a 38% increase in production speed.
