Ana Margarita “Miren” Sanchez is the Founder and CEO of Future By Design Pilipinas, a learning network dedicated to creating postiive change, one circle at a time. As Chief Engagement Officer, Miren is focused on helping organizations and communities implement growth strategies, with "Transformational Leadership in a Learning Community" (TLLC) as a key change framework. With founding learning partners, she helped develop and lead innovation strategies and initiatives across multi-sectoral groups in the Philippines, including those for the insurance broking sector, power generation businesses of conglomerates such as Metrobank and Filinvest; the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), especially with the Philippine Marine Corps; the Philippines' ministries of education and social welfare, the religious sector through various charisms and with the NASSA/Caritas Philippines, and even with the likes of the ASEAN for advocacies focused on the rights of women and children, education and sustainable development. She presently serves as the Sr. HR Officer for Organizational Development at First Gen Corporation in her continuing commitment to encourage regenerative communities in the Philippines.

Coaching and formation of 42 bridging leaders spread over Mindanao with various projects as a way to peace and development in the island, especially in the Autonomous Region of Muslim Mindanao (ARMM). Participants ranged from governors to mayors to members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines and key players of active non-government groups in the area. Participants had the opportunity to pilot/prototype various strategies to (achieving) peace through multi-stakeholder collaboration, co-ownership of efforts and transformational leadership ("co-leading"). The program was implemented through funding provided by The World Bank and the Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process under the auspices of the Asian Institute of Management's TeaM Energy Center for Bridging Leadership.
