- Lead key transformation programs and drive continuous improvement throughout the operations organization - Key programs include Risk Management, Cost Out, Continuous Improvement and Change Management - Risk Management Program covers Cyber Security, Financial, Geopolitical, Natural Hazards, Sanctions Screening and Crisis Management initiatives - Work directly with Electrolux Chief Purchasing Officer and Leadership Team, as well in close collaboration with external companies and internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, IT Security, Risk Management, Responsible Sourcing, Finance, Legal, etc) - Manage both direct team (as line manager) and indirect team (as program manager) across global organization covering all business areas with a total spend of ~7 BEUR (Direct Material, Indirect Material and Logistics) - Develop and implement new processes and new digital tools to support the execution of the program strategy - Build and execute program specific digital road map (e.g. centralized various tools into one common database)

- Manage indirect team (as program manager) across global organization covering all business areas, all product lines and all supply base (Direct Material, Indirect Material, Logistics) - Lead several global programs like Complexity Management, Supplier Consolidation, Cost Out and Payment Terms initiatives - Responsible to develop and implement program strategy and drive continuous improvement - Work directly with Electrolux Chief Purchasing Officer and Leadership Team, as well in close collaboration with external companies and internal stakeholders (COO, R&D, Manufacturing Engineering and Finance teams) * Manage 2021 Supplier Days Event - Global event on a yearly basis open for all suppliers around the world where leadership team presented current achievements, shared best practices and discussed about next years strategy

* Controlling: - Global Indirect Material Purchasing Controller - Overall responsible for all purchasing cost reporting (staff and projects cost) * Project Management: - Implement SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing as Functional Lead for Spend Analysis - Implement Global Purchasing BI Tool (QlikView) - Manage and maintain several global purchasing systems - Define and implement processes and way of working for the purchasing community

- Overall responsible for all Indirect Material spend reporting - Develop the reporting process and implement it across all sectors and all business areas - Co-Project Manager for the implementation of the Global reporting tool (SharePoint) - Work together with Business Control, CFOs and Investor Relations - Act as Global Purchasing Direct Material Controller on an interim bases and ensure hand-over

- Work closely with Global Controller and Chief Purchasing Officer - Work with different departments: Direct Material, Indirect Material, Modularization, Business Control and Finance - Present and explain the purchasing financial development and financial forecast of business sectors and the group - Leverage best practice and know-how within and between sectors - Primary point of contact for Modularization financial reports - Work together with the VP Finance Global Operation, Global VP Modularization and the Global Purchasing Controller in aligning the reporting process between Modularization, Purchasing and R&D
