Drive the overall Global Mobility strategy in the Middle East while following the worldwide Global Mobility metrics and protocols. Promote the mobility programs and transformation regionally, supporting the business through building a globally mobile workforce.

Leading the management of international assignments, including overseeing vendors who provide the following services: relocation, immigration, and expatriate services for long term and short term assignments, business travelers, and permanent international moves.

•Leading the Middle East activities for all expatriate, relocation, Immigration processes. •Manage relationships with business leaders, HR colleagues, employees and their families, and external providers. •Managing all Middle East Immigration procedures and ensuring legal compliance in employment law, tax, and Immigration. •Tracking and organizing payment of liabilities, liaising between tax providers, relocation companies and payroll.

Responsible for the Global Mobility framework in the Middle East region & act as the focal point for all activities affecting the global assignees relocation
