Leading the accounting department and reporting to the regional Head of Finance south west Europe and general director. - Ensure the quality and understanding of accounting information, establishing accounting processes and their correct performance: Supervising the accounting entries and establishing the appropriate criteria for the team to guarantee the accurate image of the company. Carrying out the closings guaranteeing the correctness of the data, for the preparation of the balance sheet and P&L. Identify and make IFRS adjustments of local accounting for the subsequent consolidation of the group. Collaboration with the Controller to ensure the veracity of the data and the timely delivery of the monthly reporting to the group. - Preparation of the Financial Statements - Preparation of the accounting books, minutes book, shareholders' ledger, etc. and the financial statements to be reported to the Commercial Registry. - Ensure compliance with the company's tax obligations: Overseeing the settlement of all taxes. Active communication with the tax advisors and lawyers of the company to be aware of the latest fiscal changes and, if necessary, manage the internal application of new regulations or correction of errors. Preparation of Corporate Tax and its payments on account (with the support of our tax advisor) Address tax requirements and supervise the preparation of the requested information.  - Provide objective and verifiable financial information to the company's management team and the board of directors. - Lead the annual audit of the financial statements: Preparation and delivery of the documentation requested by the auditors. Organization and communication between departments to provide specific information requested by auditors. Follow-up of the audit and clarification of any doubts required by the auditors - Collaboration with the legal department of the company and active relationship with the company's lawyers.

- Supervising general ledger accounting (US GAAP) using SAP in all financial functions, leading a team of five, two locally in charge of credit collection and accounts payable (suppliers) and three located in Manila Philippines in charge of general ledger bookkeeping. – Leading and supervising account reconciliation, coordinating monthly and year-end closing, analyzing the revenue recognition on a quarterly basis in order to ensure that the financial statements are correct and that the company is in compliance with regulatory requirements. – Leading internal audits and assisting with external audits. – Analyzing and auditing the annual inventory, reporting on all levels. – Creating new procedures and internal policies to ensure that all aspects of the accounting standards can be established. – Intercompany transfer price eliminations and mark-up changes. – Calculating interest on intercompany loans and posting them on a monthly basis. – Calculating royalty intercompany expenses. – Creating weekly cashflow forecast. – Supervising all the fixed assets procedures, acquisition, capitalize, transfer, retirement with or without revenue and leading all the projects regarding fixed assets, such as opening or closing offices and inventory. – Ensuring that all employees comply the internal travel policy and reviewing all the expense reports. – Preparing tax forms such as VAT, INTRASTAT, 349, IGIC and Income tax.
