-Responsible for the coordination of the plant according to the policy, buget and the strategy of the company - Assures the planification, coordination and the control of all company’s operations in optimal conditions; - Coordinates elaboration, implementation and estimate of the annual budget of company - Coordinates the investment program of the company; coordinates the elaboration of financial investments plans, technological and of human resources. - Identifies and implements solutions for growing the company’s productivity and efficiency - Responsible for all operatins activity in the plant departamentes according to plan - Responsible for the good organisation and on time of the company’s business plans - Establishes and communicates the objectives and follows up to be comunicated to entire company - Organize and lead meetings to harmonize short-term objectives and synchronization of activities to achieve the optimum targets in the plant. - Monitors the level of the objectives realisations and its measurement modality - Participate to external audits, customer audits, system audits - Participate and support the implementation of MPS( Mahle Production System )

- 3 Zone Autonome Production (ZAP); - Injection moulding temoplast + metalization - Injection moulding termoset, varnishing and metalization - Assembly area - Coordination of the activities for upstream process in a lightning system plant - Responmsible for industrialization, production quality and planning departament - Implementation of the VPS production system for all areas and follow of the indicators accordingly - Implementation of QuickResponseQualityControl at all level; shopflor and UAP - Follow up and evaluate machine capacity weekly/ monthly base - Plan long term forecasts for the plant (Availability of the machine / Capacity) - Implementation of production indicators for the 3 UAP areas (QualityCostsDelayMotivation) indicators and follow up for the relative areas - Implementation of the 5S / Kan Ban process between Injection and assembly processe - Responsible for development of the personal under direct responsability, set up training plans according to the competence respectively polyvalence matrix. - Leading the operational meeting on the UAP level to harmonize the short term objective, planning of the productions - Follow up the maintenance and production according to the budget

- Head of the injection moulding and assembly departament - Responsible for injection moulding department , creating the infrastructure for start up of the depatrtament, planning and follow up of the activities to lunch the production - Realizing the first product transfer of the MAHLE plant in Romania - Participate in creating AdavncePlanningQualityProcess file s for different projects - Participate in team analysis ProductFailureModalEffectAnnalisys for various projects - Realizing price estimation for different projects - Participate in a team for ProductDevelopmentProcess for different projects - Establishing the maintenance for the IMM departament ( preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance) - Set up maintenance contracts with external suppliers and developing the minimum safety stock for spare critical spare parts - Responsible for maintenance of the machines - Participation in implementation of ISO TS working in a team - Participate to all 8 D reports togheter with the Quality team analizing root causes by using different tools Fishbone and 5 WHY method - Responsible for development of the personal under direct responsability, set up training plans according to the competence respectively polyvalence matrix. - Using and implementing actions list PDCA - Responsible for different transfers form other countries to the MAHLE plant in Romania
