Production, Planning & Control Functions: o Assisted in preparing daily and weekly production schedules based on sales demand, and created production orders according to production priority for the assembly and carpentry departments. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, sales, carpentry, and logistics, to align production plans with operational capabilities and to meet customers' demands. o Analyze production reports and track production progress, reporting delays and adjusting schedules accordingly. o Communicate effectively with managers, production foremen, and team key leaders to ensure clarity of priorities and tasks. o Support the creation and processing of purchase orders to ensure timely procurement and to meet production and inventory needs. Carpentry Coordinator: o Support the analysis of clamp production and prepare XML files for seamless integration with machine capacity planning systems. o Assisted in inventory management by coordinating with the carpentry team and updating stock reports monthly.

o Process Analysis & Optimization: Participate in the design and improvement of the company’s production layout and workflow. o Manpower & Capacity Planning: Conduct manpower computation and allocation to estimate job requirements, in terms of labor, resources, and machines based on demand plans o Quality Control and Product Assurance: Develop quality control procedures and Kanban’s to implement quality assurance measures to ensure product conformance o Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methods: Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste, reduce variability, and improve process reliability o Cost analysis and optimization: Collaborate with various departments such as quality engineering, manufacturing engineering department, and others, to evaluate material parts and procedures to implement cost-effective strategies o Project Management, Documentation & Reporting: Prepare, schedule, and coordinate cost-saving projects with the assembly department to determine labor requirements, capacity demand, and other resource allocation.

Focuses on analyzing production processes to identify low-cost operations and streamline procedures. The responsibilities include conducting time studies and motion analyses, optimizing procedures through measurement and sampling, and evaluating current manufacturing operations to eliminate non-value-added activities that cause downtime and delays in production. Quality control is enforced to improve procedures.

Manufactures semiconductor products and provides testing services for the semiconductor market. Conducts time and motion studies, reviews work instructions, calculates cycle time, conducts process improvements, and inputs parameter values using the SAP system.
