As an Account Manager, i built a book of business consisting of small businesses through the states. I was the one point of contact for all my clients for there IT needs. I would help get the right technology for there needs, and help setup calls with specialist to make sure we sold the right equipment/software to help with their solution. I would take a account and build it so CDW was the only technology provider for the customer.

* Perform client consulting in the area of network engineering (hardware and software) using routers, switches, network security devices, protocol analyzers, TCP/IP, VPN, Frame Relay, and MPLS * Design, plan, and implement LANs and WANs using the latest technology * Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software technical problems related to LANs/WANs * Conduct throughput analysis, problem solving, and infrastructure planning * Participate in various client projects intended to continually improve/upgrade network infrastructures

Doing hardware and software installs for all CDW Install Orders for customers.

* Provide technical support and expertise to clients and project teams * Serve as consultant team member in specific technology area * Manage and execute project level tasks and milestones * Work cohesively with other Burwood Group project team members and co-workers * Being involved on business development and pre-sales activities

* Perform wireless site survey/designs, assessments and certification utilizing AirMagnet Survey Pro. RF Design, RF Survey/Engineering and RF troubleshooting skills * Knowledge of identifying RF interference using Spectrum Analyzer Software -Experience deploying wireless networks * Understanding of WLAN authentication and network management (Cisco Prime) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work team members. * Detail Oriented * Well Organized * Knowledge of Auto CAD, Adobe Acrobat, MS Excel, Word, and Visio
