Entering recorded stock data in the warehouse • Handling communication between transportation companies and warehouse customers • Scanning delivery orders and material certifications • Preparing goods receipt reports • Updating stock of goods that have been issued and served by warehouse operators • Following up with the accounting department if the goods received are more or less than the amount received by the supplier • Confirming the arrival of purchase orders planned by the PPIC department.
