Mira Malmberg
Key Support Worker @ LDN London
About
As an MSc Health Psychology student, I am intrigued by how psychological tools and models can be used to help people make more health-conscious choices. More specifically, I am particularly interested in working within the fields of weight management, nutrition, and exercise. I see promoting health behaviours in these areas extremely important, and would love to find more opportunities to act towards providing these services. My 1st Class undergraduate degree in Psychology allowed me to develop my critical thinking skills, which have further improved in my current role as an Online Content Moderator. I have plenty of experience of working alongside my studies, which has enabled me to develop outstanding time management and multitasking skills. Being eager to always expand my skillset and gain experience, I took on additional volunteering roles as a listening volunteer at Nightline Aberdeen, and as a treasurer for the University of Aberdeen Gymnastics Club. Both of these roles helped me to improve my interpersonal and communication skills.
