I worked in pension payment area and was responsible for pension payment development. I act as a Program and Project Manager and reported to customer. I led a group of 12 persons and in my responsibilities was to plan and organize work in that area.

Leading projects in Pension Insurance Technology services. I act also as a teamlead.

Developer and Designer in Pension Insurance Systems.

As an Business Unit manager I was leading continuous services and maintenance to a big pension company. I ensured that we deliver the agreed services within the boundaries of the service description and according to agreed SLAs. My main responsibilities were communications, customer satisfaction, service level management and reporting, business relationship management and offering new solutions to the customers. I led 10 Continuous Service Managers and supported them to deliver services according to agreed agreement

As Manager of Continuous Services I am accountable for fulfilling the scope, cost, quality and schedule of application management services and deliveries and for fulfilling of Tieto delivery processes and practices in several Pension Insurance customer's area. I’m also working as a personnel manager in Application Development and Management -area. My team is a multi-professional group, approximately 40 system analysts and developers who are working in pension insurance sector and with broad range of customers.

As a Delivery Executive I coordinate portfolio of deliveries in banking sector. I am accountable for for fulfilling the scope, cost, quality and schedule of deliveries. I consult, support and guide project/delivery/continuous service managers. I also contribute to the development of deliveries, cost efficiencies and quality improvements.
