I’m a human resources professional with hands-on experience supporting end-to-end HR operations across multi-location environments, working closely with managers and employees to keep people processes compliant, efficient, and people-focused. Most recently, I worked part-time in the automotive industry, supporting HR operations for 8 locations and 70+ employees. My responsibilities included recruitment, onboarding support, HRIS updates, attendance and timesheet validation, payroll coordination, WSIB documentation, policy implementation, and employee relations support. This role strengthened my ability to manage HR operations in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. Before this, I worked in a corporate HR setting at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where I supported background verification, audits, HR documentation, and access management across multiple regions. Earlier in my career, I gained foundational HR exposure through internships in the hospitality industry, supporting recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement in service-driven environments.
