1. MMA catalyst exchange project, support the shut down management, optimize the process to short the exchange time to ensure the safety and quality. 2.Provided technical and engineering support for safe and efficient operation of plants. 3. Conducted process development and optimization activities at production sites in Great China Region. 4. Made mass balance and heat balance calculation to find out potential projects which would improve process, energy consumption, production yield, process safety and equipment reliability. 5. Worked on plant optimization and troubleshooting by conducting MOCs and small investment projects. 6. Conducted process and technology improvement to increase production performance and competitiveness for business units.
