Main Duties: • Overall responsible of finding and developing new projects and deployment pipeline. • Meet with community members and government officers to communicate project development status and process. • Lead & coordinate the M&A process for the new project opportunity. • Create, prepare, plan, and submit all applications required for the development of the project. • Responsible for creating project development schedule and reporting regularly on status of the schedule. • Liaise with and manage consultants and contractors working to support the development of the projects in their various fields. • Effectively track time between assigned projects to ensure that cost is allocated appropriately. • Work with the Wind Resource department to effectively site turbines and solar arrays to ensure maximum efficiency, while complying with all required regulations. • Prepare and create documentation for the project under IFC Performance standards, along with various other departments. • Lead Feasibility Study, Technical Design, Land Use Rights, Construction Permitting, Transportation Plan, Grid Connection, Environmental Permitting, and various other efforts for the assigned projects. • Extend the business strategy and project pipeline to achieve organization’s objectives.

Work as a Owner/Investor representative to develop power plant project, especially in renewable energy industry Manage the procurement of all necessary permits, entitlements etc. as it relates to the pre-construction ‘process’. Work closely with co-investor/developer with regards to plan/schedule/financial solution and procedure for projects. Work closely with development partners, real estate attorneys, land owners, and regulatory agencies. Create and manage schedules, prepare and maintain preliminary cost estimates, and research/develop design alternatives/value engineering solutions. Coordinate with other consultants for conceptual design; including pre-FS and FS report for projects

Making schedule for cable pulling, cable termination, installation cable tray & cable support. Take responsibility for all system inside control building such as Fire Alarm, Communication, Access control, Telecom, Page Party system, Lighting… and keep quality installation procedure to make it operate properly. Reading understanding and application of electrical drawings, support and control subcontractor, good coordinate other parties to finish work. Review schedule, review construction drawing and supervise construction activities, prepare for inspection. Able to manage electrical construction activities as per the construction execution plan, and coordination with subcontractors related to process. Identifying the scope of work from specification, work list and on-board observation Check the quality of electrical work along with QA-QC department in order to meet client requirement. Verifying and approve the sketches and instructions (describing the work to be carried out) for installation of switch-gears, transformers, electrical distribution HV/LV panels boards as necessary and coordinate with other production trades. Estimating the resource requirements and identifying if any opportunities for improvement Raising Reject Notes and approving repair methods for rejected work. Risk assessment implementation as per Company’s Health & Safety Environment manuals Comply with all company Health, Safety and Environment as well as Work Permit, policies and procedures.

Design and check layout drawing, Smart Plant 3D, block diagram for lighting/fire alarm/communication system of Malaysia Petronas – Rapid Project Design cable tray layout, power system layout, conduit & cable schedule, calculation and choose protection devices, cable sizing, 3D model cable tray layout for substation and process area of C5 chemical plant project – Taiwan Advanced Materials Corp. (TAMC) Design building lighting system, fire alarm system and telecommunication system for ASU (Air Separator Unit)– FHS Steel Project

Review all Electrical Works and their Technical Specifications procedure of the Project As per Client/Owner requirements. Cooperate with the Client/Owner to follows the instruction & procedure for Electrical Installation. Review & compilation of all documents such as Inspection Test plan (ITP), Project Inspection Procedure (PIP), Project Quality Plan (PQP) & Punch List Flow Chart. Perform final walk through together with Owner Representatives. Involved in site survey report for all Electrical works. Involved for confirmation of work for replacement and modification. Responsible for all inspection of workmanship activities, material & safety standard Requirement. Conducts various test as necessary in accordance to the approved construction inspection test plan (ITP). Responsible in conducting incoming materials for the inspection to determine the quality of the delivery items, and prepares a receiving inspection report for the approval of client/Owner representative. Develops an effective QA/QC program and procedures to ensure quality compliance. Controls and maintain QA/QC related documents. Prepares and serves non-conformance report / surveillance report observed at site and recommend necessary action to follow QA/QC Manager for evaluation
