Research focused on understanding the role of KRAS in cancer development using in vivo mouse models and in vitro cellular systems. Generated novel mouse models for oncological and developmental studies. Generated novel syngeneic cell lines to enable immuno-oncological studies in the mouse. Collaborated with epidemiologists and clinicians on studies to understand the basis and application of genetics in determining cancer risk.
