• Executed monthly MRP cycles in SAP S4/HANA to align material availability with production schedules • Led and facilitated the Supply Planning Meeting to review service levels, scheduling, inventory strategy, supply plan, and capacity criticality • Designed and implemented new process and monitoring tool in SAP for reprocess able materials which improved liquidation rate by 10% • Developed new in-house colorant planning process which increased production output by 70%, improved productivity and reduced material loss% significantly for in-house colorant unit. • Reduced 180 days+ aged stock by 82% at factory level

• Executed 18-month rolling production plan for 4 factories (including 2 outsourced) covering 4000+ SKUs, aligning with manpower, demand, capacity, category, status and working capital targets • Improved Production Plan Adherence by 1.1% • Reduced Make-to-Order process lead time by 10% • Inventory optimization through DSL reduction of 1.8% at Factory level, maintaining target CSL

• Executed production activities in alignment with scheduled production plans in line with Nestlé Quality and Safety standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational KPIs • Collaborate and assist Factory Supply Chain proactively in production planning, scheduling, and material management • Prepare Daily Production Report and conduct Daily Operational Review (DOR) • DMAIC project: Reduction of seasoning bulk loss (from 3.73% to 1.40%) • Used tools such as GSTD, RCA and BDA for problem solving and drive improvement initiatives

During 4 weeks long internship, I submitted a report regarding line balancing which reduced idle time by 5.5%, increased production by 14 units/day and Micro Motion Analysis which increased production by 20 pieces/day.
