* Managing data backup of servers through the checking backup logs and file restoring process. * Monitoring window servers, corresponding infrastructure and associated applications. * Repairing and configuring of core computer and network components including workstation, server, printers, firewalls, routers, backup systems, anti-virus and email systems. * Installing and supporting practice management software's and X-ray equipments.

* Performing regular maintenance of servers through installation of software upgrades, patches and hardware upgrades.. * Creating and resolving tickets for customer issues via incoming calls and emails. * Managing and implementing phone system, CCTV system, firewall system, routers system. * Configuring and troubleshooting peer-peer and server-client networks such as workstation, Window Server 2003 and 2008, printers system, backup systems, anti-virus and email systems. * Installing network cabling and termination to modular jacks, punch down blocks and patch panels using the appropriate tools and LAN cable testers. * Installing and supporting practice management and imaging software, x-ray, and intro oral camera.

Responsible for the operation, management, maintenance, and deployment of Microsoft Windows-based server systems and associated technologies including server clustering, MSIIS, DHCP, DNS and WINS Provide proactive monitoring for all production systems in an enterprise environment to include those related to performance, failed hardware, alert conditions and other issues that affect business operations in a production environment. Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary. Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary.
