work in Henan Runtian Real Estate CO., LTD.. for the Zhengzhou Yellow River Angsana Hotel project. (1) Track the design of construction drawings and organize main contractor, design company and related personnel to technical interpretation of design intention and joint review of drawings. (2) Assist the development and construction application department to obtain the construction permit. (3) Review and supervise the implementation of the construction organization design submitted by the contractors. (4) strictly with the construction spot visa and design alteration during the construction process. (5) Prepare annual (semi-annual) project construction budget and capital plan. (6) Review the master progress plan ensure that the project is implemented as planned. (7) compile a list of samples and urge the contractor prepare samples before construction. (8) Make sure site safety. Everywhere and everybody must be safe. Ensure that the project has zero accident. (9) Strictly follow the requirements of the construction drawings and organize all the inspections work. (10) Project settlement works.

1.From June,2013 to Sep 2017, worked in Adventure Isle project of the Shanghai Disney Land Resort. Which is the second Disney land park in China. In the AI project, As a site manager, (1) Steel and structure installation and inspection. (2) Site coordination with developer, Management company, JianLi and other Sub-con. (3) Technical coordination with the designers, to solve the steel and structure issues. (4) Rockwork installation and theme painting on the rockwork and other theme painting work. (5) Many pieces show set installation. (6) Get the construction spot visa and design alteration from developer. (7) Project settlement works. 2.From Oct 2017-May 2018, worked in the Jiangnan shipyard in shanghai for the heavy ships assembled platform project. As a chief technical engineer, (1) Manage the technical issues. Coordinate with the designers to solve the drawing and site issues. (2) Organize developer, design company and related personnel to technical interpretation of design intention and joint review of drawings. (3) Prepare the construction technical plan. (4) Hold regular quality meetings to report and rectify any quality problems. (5) Get the construction spot visa and design alteration from developer. (6) Claim to developer with the project manage and QS.
