Serving as DMPK & Clinical Pharmacology Leader at LG, overseeing comprehensive IND and clinical pharmacology operations across the R&D center.

Acted as DMPK Subject Matter Expert (SME) across the full drug development lifecycle (preclinical to clinical), driving IND and NDA milestones.

As the Head of DMPK at Viva Incubator, I built and led a robust DMPK and Bioanalysis team dedicated to supporting startup drug discovery. I successfully established and fully validated in vitro ADME and in vivo PK assays, while developing customized bioanalytical methods for diverse biomarkers.

Work as an expert, team leader in bioanalysis to establish and validate LC-MS/MS assay for clinical application such as development and registration of TDM diagnostic reagent kit and LDT methods including protein, amino acids, steroids, bile acids etc.

Responsible for biomarker and others support at Lilly China Research Development Center, including endogenous small molecule analyte, metabolite ID, qualification and quantitation of larger molecule such as protein and peptide mapping etc.

Provide technology application support for HPLC, LCMS product, such as method development, maintenance, training and lectures in order to assist lead generation or influence customer preference in favor of Thermo.

To provide services in R&D and Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics (DMPK) for U.S. or European based pharmaceutical companies.
