Accountable for all direct and indirect procurment activities to drive Greater China and Japan business, drive end to end performance on supply reliability, cost and value creation being regional benchmark. Governance 2000+ supplier base from ~20 direct/Indirect spend categories with $800MM+ annual spending; drive annual 50+ NPD projects and process improvement, drive local solution of network and sourcing strategy align with business needs; pilot value creation initiatives in regional/global e.g. supplier innovation, Lean/6 sigma + ete digitalization, external benchmark and strategic supplier alliance program; drive aggressive YoY productivity, commodity provision, inventory reduction, optimize payment term and A&C spending efficiency to deliver both bottomline and top line commitment. develop and deploy pro-active supplier risk management model and ensure EtE process compliance; As both BU & China Procurement Hub lead, re-shape team winning cultural and end to end business mindset; build strong people/organizational capability and talent pipeline.

Manage 30+ external manufacturers and cross cultural team in Greater China, Japan and Korea, multi technology platforms under cosmetics, consumer healthcare and Medical Device. Define and deploy operation strategy, lead cross functional team deliver benchmark performance on compliance, customer service, cost and end to end value creation. Drive continuous improvement and network optimization; lead, support regional/global fast track innovation programs and key launch initiatives, drive cross region critical decision making and stakeholders alignment. Motivate and develop the team to perform beyond obvious and build end to end capabilities.

Lead the new pharma-OTC liquid plant End to End operation readiness and start up with $50MM investment, lead the cross functional team establish and implement operation and regulatory strategy and deliver key milestones from engineer/facility handover, government permit, FDA registration, operation ramp up and commercial production. Influence and drive decision making of key stakeholders and senior leaderships at all levels on operation and investment strategy. lead the cross sector supply network optimization initiatives in parallel; coaching team with advanced project management methodology and deploy Lean/PE best practices throughout the start up.
