Skilled in process design by using aspen plus or Pro2; Skilled in the working principle and construction of rotating equipment and static equipment such as compressor, blowers, pumps, agitator, distillation column, scrubber, Reaction Kettle, vessel, heat exchanger, filter, thermal oil furnace, cooling tower etc.

Mainly responsible for the design of slurry oil filter system and doing some development and research of the filter system by using different fillter at different temperature and pressure.

Responsible for the process development of producing acetic acid, ethyl acetate, n-butyl acetate by using Aspen plus and verifying reliability of the design by doing experiments of using sets of laboratory equipment and pilot plant equipment. Skilled in using of Aspen Plus designing the process. Skilled in using of AutoCAD designing the process. Skilled in the principle of reaction kettle, flash vaporization tank, distillation column, scrubber, phase separator etc.
