•Provides facility services from grounds to custodial in Citibank portfolio which include retail & commercial sites. •Performance managing a team responsible for the coordination/scheduling of all Preventative Maintenance and Reactive maintenance works to completion. •Assist in preparing required materials for procurement and payment process •High level analysis and trend reporting of vendor and portfolio performance •Continuous improvement of facilities operations and management process •Tracking and monitoring works until completion to ensure all works are completed with SLA. This is include tracking of in house technicians and sub contractors •Responsible for the data integrity of all Asset data uploaded in IWMS system Realm •Stakeholder management

•Manage all facilities related work orders in ANZ •Tracking and monitoring works until completion to ensure all works are completed with SLA •Monitoring of works and services performed by sub-contractors •Achievement of client relationship. Prepare documents for tender and quotations
